Fellowship Overview:
The Future Leaders Fellowship is dedicated to annually cultivate an international cohort of emerging
leaders committed to resilience, multilateralism, international relations, and diplomacy—anchored in
the contexts of NATO, the UN, and the EU—and grow a community of resilient, responsible, engaged,
and courageous future leaders.
The aim of the 2025 edition is to organize a series of capacity building activities to enhance the skills,
networks, and ethical foundations that strengthen democratic resilience across the Euro-Atlantic
community – through structured and practical learning, mentorship, and the delivery of actionable
projects.
